James Park

James has been recognized numerous times over the years by customers and co-workers for his dedication to customer support and his ability to translate technical matters into everyday terms. He brings over 15 years of telecom testing, customer support and training experience to XOP Networks. Equipped with extensive knowledge of both traditional TDM and next generation IP protocols, he is able to diagnose and assist with problems at all levels. He has worked with Ameritec, Tektronix, and Tekno Telecom, assisting both manufacturers and carriers, in the testing and monitoring of telephony networks and their components. James earned his BSEE at the University of Texas.
